We take a lot of pride in our jerky.  We use only top quality ingredients and never add MSG or presertives.  We use Grade A, USDA inspected top or bottom round roast, Kikkoman brand marinades and a spice blend that is unique to our Beef Jerky.  Animal fat doesn't dry and will sour a bag of jerky so we trim the roasts before adding to the brine. 

We are sure to marinade the meat all the way through for the best flavor but you're also sure to taste the quality of the meat.  This is whole muscle meat, not parts and pieces pressed together to resemble jerky.  This is sliced the old fashioned way, to just the right thickness so it dries evenly, not raw on one side, burned and crispy on the other side.  This is the real deal.  Just the way our grandparents liked it.  

After dehyderation, we weigh the jerky on a calibrated scale and vacuum seal it AS SOON as it is cool enough to put it the bags.  It doesn't get any fresher than this.  It may take 2-3 days to ship your order but you know it will be fresh.  If I have a batch ready the day of your order, I will be happy to ship it that day or the next business day.

This Jerky is seasoned perfectly.  Just spicy enough to make you want another beer, but not too spicy that the kids can't enjoy it.  We only produce one flavor of Beef Jerky at this time.  That's all you really need if it's truly good, and this one is.  If you like sweet and smoky, this is for you.  If you like the taste of teryaki, this is for you.  If you like peppered, this is for you.  If you don't like the pepper, simply wipe it off.  My son cut his teeth on this jerky, after wiping the 'hot' off for him.   Bottom line...we make this one kind of Beef Jerky because it is the best.  Period.
